A SOUND JOURNEY
Thank you for viewing my website! My name is Beverly. I am originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico and moved to Capitola, California 5 years ago to be near the ocean. I am also a Registered Nurse and Certified Sound Healer. As an emergency room nurse of 18 years, I found that my body was in a constant state of fight and flight response. My nervous system was on edge, which led to heightened emotions. Sound healing came into my life during a period of profound transition both mentally and physically.
I have been attending sound baths/journeys for the last five years and have found them to be incredibly integral to my own healing path. So much so that I wanted to share this heartfelt healing with others. My holistic healing journey began during a retreat in Tulum, Mexico.
So much beautiful energy within me was discovered and I felt a calling to tap into these energies to help others. It was after this trip that I sought out Sound Healing training. I completed a 100 in-person Sound Healing course that gave me so much knowledge about sound healing and I learned how my healing energy and talents can benefit others through sound. I create a safe, compassionate environment to bring vibrational sounds that will promote a state of balance , well-being and healing. My services include private sound healings and group sound baths/journeys.

Sound Healing
Ancient Therapeutic Practice
Sound healing is an ancient, therapeutic practice utilized in many cultures. Today’s sound healing combines instruments, including voice to create a space for the body to rest, decrease stress and elevate their well-being. The science behind this threads on the theory that when sound waves travel through a medium, they cause the particles in that medium to vibrate. Since the human body is made up of an average of 60% of water, the sound waves travel through the water in our bodies causing shifts on a cellular level, promoting healing and overall well-being.
